Garden Links Company (GLC) is a Saudi-based company headquartered in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We specialize in playground solutions, landscaping, outdoor furniture, sports facilities, lighting poles, and related services.
2. Use of Website & Services
- Visitors may use our website for information, browsing products, and contacting our sales team.
- Any misuse of the website, including fraudulent activity, unauthorized data scraping, or illegal use, is strictly prohibited.
- Information published on our website (designs, prices, specifications) is subject to change without prior notice.
3. Orders & Contracts
- Orders are confirmed only after written acceptance, quotation approval, and payment (partial or full).
- Once confirmed, all orders are binding and governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
- For large-scale projects, a separate project contract may apply in addition to these Terms.
4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are quoted in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
- Payment terms will be clearly outlined in the quotation or invoice.
- Garden Links Company reserves the right to withhold delivery or project execution if payment terms are not met.
5. Delivery & Installation
- Delivery timelines are provided as estimates and may vary depending on production, logistics, or unforeseen conditions.
- Installation services are offered across Saudi Arabia and are subject to additional charges unless included in the contract.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring site readiness before installation.
6. Warranty
- Playground equipment and products are covered by warranties based on pipe diameter and product type:
- 76mm pipes: 2 years on equipment + 6 months on assembly/installation
- 89mm pipes: 3 years on equipment + 6 months on assembly/installation
- 114mm pipes: 5 years on equipment + 6 months on assembly/installation
- Warranties do not cover damages caused by misuse, poor maintenance, or natural disasters.
7. Intellectual Property
- All images, designs, logos, and content on the Garden Links Company website are the intellectual property of the company.
- No material may be reproduced, copied, or used without written permission from Garden Links Company.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Garden Links Company shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
- Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the product or service purchased.
9. Return & Refunds
- All cancellations and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy, available on our website.
10. Privacy & Data Protection
- Personal data collected through our website or during transactions will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
