Return Policy Summary (For Online Listings)
Most products offered by Garden Links Company (شركة روابط الحدائق) are custom-manufactured, project-based, or installed on-site and are not eligible for standard returns after payment confirmation.
Custom & project-based products: No returns accepted
Standard ready-made items (if applicable): Returnable within 7 days of receipt, unused and in original condition
Manufacturing defects: Covered under warranty and not treated as returns
This policy applies to all online listings, quotations, contracts, and Google Merchant Center products.
1. Commitment & Scope of Policy
At Garden Links Company (شركة روابط الحدائق), we are committed to delivering high-quality outdoor solutions, playground equipment, furniture, and custom projects to clients across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
This Return & Refund Policy applies to all products and services provided by the company, including but not limited to custom playground equipment, landscaping and beautification works, urban furniture, outdoor installations, sports facilities, outdoor gym equipment, flooring systems, and related solutions.
Standard ready-made items, if offered, may fall under Saudi consumer protection regulations, allowing returns within 7 days of receipt, provided the items are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Customized, manufactured, and project-based orders are governed by the special terms outlined below.
2. Cancellations After Payment
Once payment has been made and an order is confirmed, any cancellation request will be subject to expense deductions.
Garden Links Company will calculate all actual expenses incurred up to the date of cancellation, which may include raw material procurement and manufacturing costs, design, engineering, and administrative fees, shipping and logistics arrangements, and labor or site preparation expenses.
A Refund Settlement Document will be issued to the client, outlining all deductions and the final refundable amount, if applicable.
3. Refund Percentage Guidelines
As a general guideline, up to 70% of the paid amount may be refundable.
This percentage is not fixed and will vary based on actual costs incurred.
If incurred expenses exceed 30% of the total payment, the refundable amount may be reduced accordingly or become non-refundable.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
Customized products that have entered production or have been delivered
Projects where fabrication, procurement, or site work has commenced
Completed services such as design consultations, inspections, surveys, or engineering drawings
Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage after delivery
5. Refund Process & Timeline
All refund requests must be submitted in writing via official email or in person at the company office.

Once verified and approved, refunds will be processed within 15 to 30 working days.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Customer Responsibilities
The client must provide valid proof of purchase such as an invoice, receipt, or contract.
Refund requests must clearly state the reason for cancellation or return.
For eligible product returns, the client is responsible for safe packaging and return shipping unless otherwise agreed.
7. Legal Compliance & Dispute Resolution
This policy complies with the E-Commerce Law of Saudi Arabia (2019) and applicable Ministry of Commerce regulations.
In the event of a dispute, both parties will seek to resolve the matter amicably.
If no resolution is reached, the dispute shall be referred to the competent courts of Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
8. Policy Updates
Garden Links Company (شركة روابط الحدائق) reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
The version published on the official website at the time of order confirmation shall be considered binding.
