1. Scope of the Policy
- This policy applies to all products and projects purchased from Garden Links Company, including custom playground equipment, landscaping services, urban furniture, sports facilities, and related solutions.
- Standard ready-made items (if offered) may be subject to consumer protection laws in Saudi Arabia, which allow returns within 7 days of receipt provided the product is unused and in original condition.
- Customized, manufactured, or project-based orders are subject to special rules outlined below.
2. Cancellations After Payment
- Once payment is made and an order is confirmed, any cancellation will be subject to expense deductions.
- Garden Links Company will calculate all actual expenses incurred up to the cancellation date. These may include:
- Raw material and manufacturing costs
- Design, engineering, and administrative fees
- Shipping and logistics arrangements
- Labor and site preparation expenses
- A Refund Settlement Document will be issued to the client, outlining the calculation and final refund amount.
3. Refund Percentage
- As a general guideline, up to 70% of the paid amount may be refunded.
- This percentage is not fixed and will vary depending on the actual expenses incurred.
- If costs already exceed 30% of the payment, the refundable portion may be reduced accordingly.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Customized products already in production or delivered.
- Projects where fabrication, procurement, or site work has started.
- Completed services such as design consultations, inspections, or engineering drawings.
- Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling after delivery.
5. Refund Process & Timeline
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to Garden Links Company via official email: info@gardenlinks.com or in person at our Riyadh office.
- Once verified, refunds will be processed within 15–30 working days.
- Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- The client must provide proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, or contract).
- Refund requests must clearly state the reason for cancellation or return.
- For product returns (where applicable), the client is responsible for safe packaging and return shipping unless otherwise agreed.
7. Legal Compliance & Dispute Resolution
- This policy complies with the E-Commerce Law of Saudi Arabia (2019) and relevant Ministry of Commerce guidelines.
- In case of any dispute, both parties will seek to resolve the matter amicably. If no resolution is reached, the matter will be referred to the competent courts in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

- The version published on our official website at the time of purchase will be considered binding.
