Project Overview
Garden Links completed this outdoor playground equipment installation in Dammam for a private residential compound with a large sand-based children’s play area surrounded by grass, trees, villas, and shade structures.
This project includes two different multi-play structures, one outdoor swing set, a spring seesaw, and a small spring rider.
The first play structure has a pink crown-style roof, red spiral slide, blue straight slide, yellow slide, raised platforms, bridge-style walkway, climbing stairs, and safety railings.
The second play structure has castle-style roofs, green double slides, yellow spiral slide, tunnel panel, side activity panels, and a connected bridge section. It was installed under a blue and beige shade canopy.
The swing set was installed on one side of the play area with a purple frame, chain-hung swing seats, and toddler bucket seats.
The spring seesaw was placed in the front sand area, while the small spring rider was installed near the larger structure.
The ground was still under installation stage in the images. Sand, fresh digging marks, concrete fixing bases, safety tape, tools, ladder, and installation materials are visible around the site.
What Was Installed
This project includes five distinct outdoor playground equipment elements designed for children’s active play:
| Equipment | Quantity | Key Feature |
| Crown-roof multi-play structure | 1 | Includes red spiral slide, blue slide, yellow slide, bridge, and raised platforms |
| Castle-style multi-play structure | 1 | Includes green double slides, yellow spiral slide, tunnel panel, and shade canopy |
| Outdoor swing set | 1 | Purple frame with standard swing seats and toddler bucket seats |
| Spring seesaw | 1 | Two-seat rocking equipment fixed in the sand play area |
| Spring rider | 1 | Small rider added near the main activity zone |
Crown-Roof Multi-Play Structure
The first large play structure is built around a pink crown-style roof tower.
This unit includes a red spiral slide at the front, a blue straight slide on the side, and a yellow slide connected to the opposite tower. Children can climb up through the access stairs, move across the raised platform, and use different slide exits.
A bridge-style walkway connects the two tower sections.
The structure also includes safety railings, purple support posts, black stair access, and colorful roof details. The layout gives children more movement than a single slide unit because they can climb, cross, turn, and slide from different points.
Castle-Style Multi-Play Structure
The second installed play structure has castle-style roof towers with green top details and red star decorations.
This structure includes green double slides, a yellow spiral slide, a tunnel-style play panel, raised platforms, side panels, and bridge access.
The blue and beige shade canopy is visible above this unit, making the main activity area more usable during sunny hours.
This structure is different from the crown-roof unit because it has a stronger castle-style design and wider platform connection. It looks more like a themed outdoor play station for compound children.
Outdoor Swing Set
The swing set was installed beside the main structures with a purple metal frame.
It includes chain-hung swing seats and toddler bucket seats. The swing line was placed separately so children using the slides do not cross directly into the swing movement path.
The swing frame posts are fixed into the sand area with concrete base points visible around the legs.
This placement gives the swing zone its own clear movement space.
Spring Seesaw
The spring seesaw was installed in the front open sand area.
It has two yellow seats, purple frame parts, side handles, and a central spring base. The seesaw gives children a different play activity from climbing and sliding.
It was placed away from the tower stairs and slide exits, which keeps the rocking movement separate from the main climbing route.
Spring Rider
A small spring rider is visible near the larger play structure.
It was added as a lower activity item for younger children who may not use the taller slide towers. The rider gives simple rocking movement and completes the play area with a smaller child-friendly option.
Site Condition and Installation Work
This project was photographed during the installation and finishing stage.
The ground is still sand.
Fresh digging marks are visible around the equipment posts and slide exits. Concrete fixing bases can be seen around the swing frame and play structure supports. Safety tape is also visible around some sections, showing that the site was still under work.
A ladder, installation materials, and loose site items are visible in the background, especially near the shaded structure.
This confirms the project was still in progress when the images were taken, before final cleaning and ground finishing.
Installation Process
Site Layout Checking
The Garden Links team checked the shaded area, sand ground, grass boundaries, and available movement space before placing the equipment.
First Multi-Play Structure Installation
The crown-roof structure was installed with support posts, platforms, red spiral slide, blue slide, yellow slide, bridge section, stairs, and safety railings.
Second Multi-Play Structure Installation
The castle-style play structure was assembled under the shade canopy with green double slides, yellow spiral slide, tunnel panel, raised platforms, and connected bridge section.
Swing Frame Fixing
The purple swing frame was installed separately from the slide zones. Swing seats and toddler bucket seats were attached with chains.
Seesaw and Spring Rider Fixing
The spring seesaw and spring rider were placed in open sand sections with enough clearance around them.
Final Site Check
The team checked stair access, slide exits, swing movement, seesaw clearance, shade coverage, and fixing points before final handover.

Why This Project Works
This Dammam project works because the play area has different activity zones.
The crown-roof structure gives height, climbing, bridge movement, and multiple slide exits.
The castle-style structure adds a second themed play route with double slides and shade coverage.
The swing set gives movement play.
The seesaw adds two-child rocking play.
The spring rider gives younger children a smaller activity option.
The layout does not depend on one item only. It gives children multiple ways to play in the same outdoor compound space.
