Project Overview
Garden Links completed this outdoor playground equipment installation in Al Khobar for a private residential compound with a sand-based kids play area surrounded by grass, villas, palm trees, and an existing shade structure.
The project included a shaded multi-play structure, long outdoor swing set, spring seesaw, and Seahorse spring rider.
The main play structure was installed under the shade frame. It includes a yellow spiral slide, red and yellow tube slide, green double slide, black climbing stairs, green safety handrails, elevated platforms, themed roof panels, and colorful decorative play panels.
The swing set was installed separately on the sand area near the grass boundary. This gave the swings their own movement space away from the slide exits.
A spring seesaw was placed in the open sand area, and a Seahorse spring rider was fixed on its own concrete base.
The photos show the project during installation and finishing work. Sand ground, red-and-white safety tape, and fresh concrete fixing bases are visible on site.

Shaded Multi-Play Structure
The main equipment in this project is the shaded multi-play structure.
It was placed directly under the existing shade frame, which makes sense for Al Khobar’s outdoor weather. The structure includes different play routes in one unit. Children can climb the black stairs, hold the green rails, reach the platform, and choose between the spiral slide, tube slide, or double slide.
The yellow spiral slide curves down from the side tower.
The red and yellow tube slide runs through the middle section.

The structure also includes bright themed roof pieces and flower-style decorative panels, which make the play area more attractive inside the compound.
Outdoor Swing Set
The swing set was installed as a separate long frame on the sand area.
It has green A-frame side supports, a yellow top beam, chain-hung swing seats, standard swing seats, and toddler bucket seats.
The swing line was kept away from the slide exits. That is important because children need clear front and back space when using swings.
This layout helps reduce crowding between children sliding, climbing, and swinging.
Spring Seesaw
A spring seesaw was installed in the open sand area.
It has two yellow seats, a purple center beam, side handles, and a central spring base. Red-and-white safety tape is still visible in the image, which shows the project was photographed during the installation or handover stage.
The seesaw adds two-child rocking play to the site, separate from the swing and slide zones.
Seahorse Spring Rider
The Seahorse spring rider was installed on a visible concrete base.
It has a purple and yellow Seahorse-shaped body, a small child seat, black hand grip, and metal spring support.
This equipment is suitable for younger children because it is lower, easier to use, and separate from the larger slide structure.
The concrete base helps keep the rider stable during repeated rocking movement.
Site Condition and Fixing Work
The project area was still in sand condition during installation.
Fresh concrete bases are visible around the butterfly spring rider and access section of the main play structure. The seesaw and swing set also show installation marks and safety tape.

The Seahorse spring rider was fixed on a concrete base to support repeated rocking movement.
Final Spacing Check
The team checked slide exits, stair access, swing movement, seesaw clearance, spring rider position, and overall spacing before handover.
